Any QR, any gate

Already printed your tickets? Scan them anyway

Already printed tickets, passes or badges with QR codes from another system? Import the codes and scan them at your gate, once each. No reprinting.

If your tickets, passes, wristbands or badges were printed elsewhere and already carry QR codes, you do not have to reprint them. Load the codes into your event and they become valid tickets at your gate.

Each imported code is admitted once, just like a ticket made here.

Three ways to add them

Scan the printed tickets

Point a phone at each ticket. New codes are added with a beep, and repeats are flagged.

Paste or upload a list

Paste the codes or upload a CSV file. You see a preview before anything is saved.

Say what each ticket is

Give imported tickets a ticket type, so a family pass still admits a family.

Sold or not sold yet

Mark them as already sold, or leave them locked at the gate until each one is sold.

The same QR on every ticket?

If your tickets all carry one identical QR, it can be set as the event's common QR and each ticket is then identified by a code and the buyer's mobile.

How it works

  1. 1

Create your event: name, date, venue and ticket types with prices and seat limits. It takes about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

  3. 3

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

  4. 4

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.

Questions and answers

Can I scan tickets that were printed by another system?
Yes. Import their QR codes by scanning, pasting or uploading a CSV file. After that the gate scanner accepts each one once.
Do I need to reprint my tickets?
No. The tickets you already have keep working. Only the codes are loaded into your event.
What does the gate show for a QR that was never imported?
It shows red, "not in database", so outside codes do not get in.
How much does MJX Events cost?
You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.

More answers on fees, payouts and check-in are in the FAQ.
