Entry passes for society, club, temple and trust events. Free or paid passes, printed passes from committee members, family passes and QR entry.
A housing society function, a club dinner, a temple programme or a trust fundraiser is usually run by a committee of volunteers. MJX Events gives them a simple way to issue passes, collect contributions online or in cash, and know who has arrived.
Committee members can each hold a set of printed passes and mark them as given or sold on their own phone.

How it works

Create your event: name, date, venue and ticket types with prices and seat limits. It takes about 3 minutes.

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.
Questions and answers
- Can a housing society or club issue QR entry passes?
- Yes. Create the function as an event, add pass types and limits, and either share the booking link or print QR passes for committee members to hand out. Each pass is scanned once at the gate.
- Can we collect money in cash and online together?
- Yes. Online payments are made on the event page. Cash is recorded by whoever sold the pass, and you see both in one summary. Cash sales carry no MJX fee.
- Is it hard to learn?
- An event takes about 3 minutes to set up from a phone. Sellers and gate volunteers each see only the one screen they need.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
