Ticketing for college fests and cultural nights: online passes with UPI, printed QR passes sold by student volunteers, and quick QR check-in at the gate.
A college fest is run by students with phones, not by a ticketing office. MJX Events lets the organising committee open sales in minutes, share one link in every class group, and give printed passes to volunteers who sell on campus.
On the day, the same volunteers scan passes at the gate with their own phones. The committee sees sales, cash with each volunteer and live entry counts on one screen.

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.

- How do we sell college fest passes online?
- Create the fest as an event on MJX Events, add pass types and prices, and share the booking link in your college groups. Students pay by UPI or card and get a QR pass on their phone.
- Can student volunteers sell passes for cash?
- Yes. Print QR passes and give each volunteer a batch. They mark each pass sold in the seller app, and the committee sees each volunteer's count and amount. Unsold passes are refused at the gate.
- Do we need a company or a payment gateway account?
- No gateway account is needed. The organizer adds bank details and PAN once, and money from online sales is sent to that bank account.
- How many gates can scan at once?
- As many as you have phones. Each pass is admitted once, even if two gates scan it together, and the entry count updates live.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
