Refund Policy

No refunds. All payments made on MJX Events are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds.

Tickets and passes

• Tickets bought on MJX Events cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, including if you cannot attend.
• Each ticket's QR code works for one entry. A lost or forwarded ticket cannot be refunded; use Find my tickets to get it again.
• Events are run by their organizers, not by MJX Technologies LLP. If an event is cancelled, postponed or changed, the organizer is responsible for it and for any remedy they choose to offer. Please contact the organizer; if you can't reach them, contact us.

Organizer sign-up fee

The one-time organizer sign-up fee is non-refundable once paid, whether or not the account is used.

Platform and payment fees

The MJX commission, the payment gateway fee and the GST on them are non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

This is not a refund, but if money left your account and you did not receive a ticket, or you were charged twice for the same order, email info@mjxtechnologies.com with the payment ID (Razorpay or Zoho Payments). We will check it with the payment partner. A payment that was never completed is usually returned to your account by the payment partner or your bank automatically.
