An exhibition or fair runs for several days, with most visitors buying at the gate and some booking ahead. MJX Events sells both kinds of ticket, checks each one at entry and shows you how many people came in each day.
If your entry passes or badges are already printed with QR codes, you can load those codes and scan them too.
For events that run for days

A ticket can be valid on one day or on every day of the fair, with one entry each day.
Gate counter sales
Sell at the gate for cash, UPI or card, and give a printed QR ticket or send one to the visitor's phone.
Use passes you already printed
Import the QR codes on your existing passes or badges and they work at the gate, once each.

Create your event: name, date, venue and ticket types with prices and seat limits. It takes about 3 minutes.

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.
Questions and answers
- How do I sell exhibition entry tickets online and at the gate?
- Create the exhibition as an event on MJX Events. Online buyers book on your event page. At the gate, staff record each sale and hand over a printed QR ticket or send it to the visitor's phone. Both kinds appear in one list.
- We already printed passes with QR codes. Can we use them?
- Yes. Import the codes by pasting them, uploading a CSV file or scanning the printed passes. Each then works at the gate once.
- Can I see how many visitors came each day?
- Yes. For a several-day event the overview shows check-ins per day, and the attendee export shows which days each pass was used.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
