Garba & Navratri pass booking

Sell garba passes online and at every counter

Sell garba and Navratri passes online and on paper. Nine-night passes, couple and family passes, UPI payments and fast QR entry at every gate.

A garba night sells in two places at once. Some people book on their phone, and many more buy a printed pass from a shop, a committee member or the counter outside the ground. MJX Events keeps both in one list, so you always know how many passes are sold, who sold them and how much money is still with your sellers.

Passes can be for one night or for all nine nights with the same QR. Stag, couple and family passes each have their own price, and the gate checks every pass in under a second, so a copied or unsold pass does not get in.

Built for nine nights of garba

One-night and nine-night passes

Make a pass for a single night or for every night of Navratri. A several-night pass uses one QR and gets one entry on each of its nights.

Stag, couple and family passes

Set how many people a pass admits. A family of four can enter together, or two now and two later, on the same pass.

Printed passes through shops

Print QR passes and give a batch to each shop or volunteer. They mark every sale on their phone, and you see what each one has sold and collected.

Unsold passes do not get in

A printed pass must be marked sold before the gate accepts it. A lost or taken bundle is worth nothing at the gate.

Several gates, no double entry

Use as many phones as you have gates. A pass is admitted once, even when two gates scan it at the same moment.

Online booking by UPI

Buyers pay by UPI or card on your event page, with no app to install, and the money is sent to your bank account.

How it works

  1. 1

Create your event: name, date, venue and ticket types with prices and seat limits. It takes about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

  3. 3

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

  4. 4

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.

Questions and answers

How do I sell garba passes online?
Create your garba event on MJX Events, add your pass types (for example Stag, Couple and Family) with prices, and publish. You get a booking link to share on WhatsApp and Instagram. Buyers pay by UPI or card and receive a QR pass at once.
Can one pass work for all nine nights of Navratri?
Yes. Set the event from the first night to the last and tick the nights a pass type is valid on. The pass keeps one QR and gets one entry on each ticked night. A night that runs past midnight still counts as the same night.
Can I still sell printed garba passes for cash?
Yes. Print QR passes, hand them to shops or volunteers, and each seller marks the sale on their phone. Cash and counter sales carry no MJX fee, and the money goes straight to you.
How do I stop duplicate or photocopied passes?
Every QR is admitted once. A second scan shows amber with the time and gate of the first entry, and a pass that was never sold shows red.
How much does MJX Events cost?
You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
