What you can do
Free and paid registration
Offer free seats, paid seats or both. Paid registrations are collected by UPI or card and sent to your bank account.
Questions at checkout
On the Pro plan, ask for a company, a college or a meal choice, and one name per person. The answers appear in your attendee list.
Day-wise passes
For a several-day conference, sell a pass for one day or all days. One QR, one entry each day.
Attendee list
Search attendees, check them in by hand if needed and download the full list as a spreadsheet.
Reminders
Attendees get a reminder before the event, with a calendar link.

Open the scanner link, type the PIN and start scanning.

Create your event: name, date, venue and ticket types with prices and seat limits. It takes about 3 minutes.

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.
Questions and answers
- Can I take free registrations with QR check-in?
- Yes. Make the ticket type free and set its seat limit. Each person who registers gets a QR, and you scan it when they arrive.
- Can I download the list of attendees?
- Yes. The attendee list exports as a CSV file with names, contact details, ticket types and check-in times.
- Can I ask attendees extra questions when they register?
- On the Pro plan you can add up to 10 questions at checkout, as short answers or choices, and ask for each person's name on group orders.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
