Sell at the counter, count it with online
Sell event tickets at the counter for cash, UPI or card and keep them in the same count as online sales. No MJX fee on counter sales.
Tickets sold at a counter, a shop or the gate belong in the same count as tickets sold online. With MJX Events each counter sale is recorded as it happens, with the amount and how it was paid, so sold, unsold and money in hand are always up to date.
Counter money never passes through MJX. It is paid to you directly, and there is no MJX fee on it.
What the counter can do
Cash, UPI or card
Record how each ticket was paid for. Your summary splits money already with you from money still with sellers.
Ticket to the buyer's phone
Enter the buyer's mobile or email and the ticket is sent on WhatsApp or email as well.
UPI QR at the counter
On the Pro plan, show a QR for the exact amount. The buyer pays from their own UPI app and the ticket is issued by itself.
Sellers with their own stock
Each seller sees and sells only the tickets given to them, and cannot undo a sale.

Online, counter and not-yet-sold tickets are shown side by side for every ticket type.
How it works

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.
Questions and answers
- How do I record tickets sold for cash?
- The seller, or you, marks the ticket sold in the app with the amount and payment method. It then counts as sold and works at the gate.
- Is there a fee on counter or cash sales?
- No. Counter sales are paid to you directly and carry no MJX fee.
- Can someone buy a ticket at the venue gate?
- Yes. Staff record the sale at the counter and the ticket is valid at once.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
