Entry passes for school functions, without the paperwork
Entry passes for school annual days, sports days and fairs. Free or paid QR passes for parents, family passes, and simple check-in at the school gate.
For an annual day, a sports day or a school fair, the office usually prints passes, counts them by hand and hopes the hall is not over-full. MJX Events gives every family a QR pass, free or paid, and tells you at the gate exactly who has come in.
Parents do not install anything. They open a link, book the passes for their family and show the QR on their phone or on paper.

Issue free passes to control seats, or charge for a fair or a show. Free events cost nothing extra.
Family passes
One pass can admit two, four or five people, so a family books once and enters together.
Seat limits
Set how many passes each category has. Booking stops when the hall is full, and a waitlist can take the rest.
Printed passes for the office
Print QR passes to hand out at the school office, and scan them at the gate like any other pass.
Any staff phone is the scanner
Staff open a link, type the PIN and scan. They can see nothing else.
English and Hindi for parents
The booking page can be read in English or Hindi.

Share the booking link on WhatsApp and social media, and print QR tickets for the people who sell for you.

Buyers pay by UPI or card and get their QR ticket straight away. Money from online sales is sent to your bank account.

At the gate any phone scans the QR. Green means come in, amber means already used, red means not valid.
Questions and answers
- Can a school issue free entry passes with QR codes?
- Yes. Create the function as an event with free pass types and seat limits. Each family books its passes and gets a QR, and the gate scans them on entry.
- Do parents need to install an app?
- No. Parents book on the event page in their phone browser and receive the pass by email and on WhatsApp. They show the QR on the phone or a printout.
- Can we limit passes per family?
- You set the number of people each pass admits and the total seats for each pass type. One order can hold up to 10 passes of a type.
- How much does MJX Events cost?
- You can start on the Free plan with no payment. Plus and Pro are yearly plans for organizers who sell more or want the advanced tools. Printed tickets, counter sales and free events carry no MJX fee. The plans and current prices are on the home page, and the FAQ lists the fees on online sales.
