School talent show
School talent show registration, done online
Take school talent show entries online: a registration page with parent consent for every child, class-wise talents, judges’ marks and the winner — free for schools.
A school talent show is a lot of paper: forms sent home, permission slips, lists by class and a judges’ sheet that has to be added up after the show. Talent Hunt on MJX Events puts it on one page that parents open on their phone.
Every child under 18 is registered with a parent or guardian’s consent, captured on the form itself. You see every entry with its photo, shortlist the children who go on stage, and the judges’ marks are averaged as they are typed.
Made for school functions
Parent consent built in
For anyone under 18 the form asks for a parent or guardian’s name and consent before the entry is sent.
Only the talents you run
Tick just singing, dance, art or the talents your school show has. Children see only those.
One link for every parent
Share one registration link in the class WhatsApp groups, or print the QR on the circular.
Entries in one list
Every entry with name, age, city, talent and photo. Download them all for Excel.
Judges’ marks added up
Each judge gives marks out of 10 and the average is worked out as you type. No sums after the show.
Annual day on one day
Run it as a one-day competition with a single round, or as heats and a final on different days.
How it works
- 1
Create your talent hunt: give it a name, add your judges and sponsors, choose the talents and set the last date to register.
- 2
Share your registration link on Instagram and WhatsApp, and put the poster QR on banners. Contestants register from their phones.
- 3
Shortlist the best entries. Each shortlisted contestant is told on WhatsApp, with your talent hunt’s name and their registration number.
- 4
Judges give marks in each round, the average is worked out for you, and you name the winner. Past winners stay on your page.
Questions and answers
- How do I take school talent show registrations online?
- Create a talent hunt on MJX Events, choose the talents and the last date, and share the registration link with parents. Parents fill a short form on their phone, including their consent, and every entry appears in your list.
- Is parent consent recorded for children?
- Yes. For anyone under 18 the form asks for a parent or guardian’s name and consent, and the entry cannot be sent without it.
- Can teachers judge on their phones?
- Yes. Add each teacher as a judge; their marks out of 10 go into the Rounds page and the average is shown at once.
