Questions
Is MJX Events Shows free?
Yes. Creating your account, your show page, entries, shortlisting, judging and results are free to start. No card is needed.
Do I need to sell tickets to use it?
No. Shows works on its own. If you later want to sell passes for an episode or the finale, switch on MJX Events ticketing from inside your account in one tap.
Can contestants register from a phone?
Yes. The registration page is built for phones first: four short steps, a photo, and their answers are kept if the connection drops.
How are contestants told they are shortlisted?
When you press Shortlist, they get a WhatsApp message from MJX Events with your show’s name and their registration number.
Who owns the contestants’ details?
You do. Entries are seen only by you and your team, and your email is shown on the form for contestants who want their entry deleted. You can download every entry for Excel.
Can I run more than one season?
Yes. Each show has seasons; only one takes entries at a time, and past winners stay on your page.
